How We Use Information

Information may be used to provide and improve HomeLead Connect, route requests, support users, maintain records, communicate about submitted requests, measure acquisition sources, secure the platform, and meet legal or compliance obligations.

Lead Intake & Attribution

Public intake may retain source information including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, direct traffic, referral information, landing URLs, and standard campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term when technically available.

This attribution may be stored with the HomeLead Connect lead record so HomeLead Connect can understand where an opportunity originated and measure source-to-outcome performance.

Communications & Consent

Submitting a service request does not automatically create unlimited marketing consent. Contact preferences, channel-specific consent, applicable law, and HomeLead Connect communication controls remain authoritative.

Service Providers & Security

HomeLead Connect may use infrastructure, hosting, analytics, communications, payment, authentication, AI, and other service providers needed to operate the platform. Access should be limited to what is necessary for those services.
